MARRIED At First Sight UK bride April Banbury has paid an emotional tribute to an important person missing from her TV wedding.
The reality star – who rose to fame on the controversial E4 dating show this week – took to her Instagram to thank her dad for being by her side on her big day.

Married At First Sight star April, 32, was seen getting hitched to father-of-four George Roberts earlier this week.
The former Miss Great Britain took to her Instagram with two snaps of her dad walking her down the aisle for the TV wedding.
After gushing over how grateful she was for her dad, she admitted there was one important person missing from her nuptials.
“Daddy B, you are my rock,” she wrote. “You’ve supported me endlessly. I just wish Nan was here to enjoy such a magical day.”

It comes after April issued a plea to fans to “be kind” as she reminded them it was “a TV show” after she was slammed by viewers.
Viewers haven’t held back with their opinions on the brides and grooms this year, with Whitney being branded a ‘villain’ and Jess slammed for criticising husband PJ’s stripping career.
Writing on Instagram last night, April posted: “Please remember this is a TV show… you don’t really know these people or their story… be kind…”
April’s husband George was seen close to tears in Wednesday’s episode after she frolicked in a hot tub with other hotel guests.
The beauty queen then came under fire from her ‘husband’ for snogging a woman in a game of truth or dare.
After the episode April shared a cryptic post on Instagram encouraging fans not to cover up who they truly are.
Elsewhere, April took to Instagram to defend “being herself” after her cheating row with husband George Roberts on Tuesday.
The Miss Great Britain beauty queen then came under fire from her ‘husband’ over snogging a woman in a game of truth or dare.
The reality TV star – whose wedding on the controversial E4 show was aired on Tuesday – was seen calming George down, 40.
In the explosive scenes April turned up at George’s door with a bottle of Champagne and asked if he was hungover and where he had gone at the end of the night.
George then confronted her steamy snog, telling the cameras: “I’ve been cheated on.”
George explained: “April has been intimate with someone else… I’ve been cheated on f***.”
April was left in shock when she found out her new husband has FOUR children from a previous 12-year marriage.
After they said ‘I do’, the couple had a chat in the garden during their wedding photos, with George quizzing April: “Is it just you?”
She replied that it was and added: “I’m not sure if I want children. Do you?” to which George nervously replied: “I have four.”
April then talked about the ‘pressure’ for a woman to enter the life of the children – with George revealing he has three girls and one boy.
