MARK Wright has bagged a new series on the BBC travelling the UK – yet he can’t wait to get back to his £3.5million Essex pad.
The former TOWIE favourite, 36, who is married to Michelle Keegan, 35, will be joined by brother Joshua, 33, and father, Mark Wright Sr, 65, as they explore the country.

Yet the TOWIE alumni is excited about returning to his ‘incredible’ Essex mansion
The programme, dubbed A Wright Old Adventure, will hit screens in June.
Yet Mark told OK! Magazine how filming had been a strong “bonding experience” for the famous family.
This was especially so as it came following the death of Mark’s uncle Eddie from Covid in 2021.
Mark said: “It’s a really heartfelt show, trying to get my dad away after everything he’s lost.
“That was really incredible and probably the best thing I’ve ever done, just because I spent time with two of my best mates.”
He added: “I’ve been away with my work a lot, and Josh is a footballer, so he is away a lot, and my dad does what he does, so for it to be just the three of us on the road for six or seven weeks was amazing.
“We thought it was a great opportunity to show how many amazing things there are in England. Some people don’t like to get away on a plane, and some people can’t, so it’s just showing that.”
Mark previously broke down in tears as he recalled the tragic moment of Eddie’s passing.
He exclusively told The Celeb Report he rushed to be with his devastated dad after getting “the dreaded phone call”.
It’s clear family comes first for the star, who has dubbed his mega mansion – complete with a spa – as his “forever home.”
He gushed about his “incredible” pad – which he chose over a life in America – and added: ““I miss elements of it, like the sunshine all the time, but if I had to choose, it would be England, that’s why I’m here.”
Mark and Michelle moved into their new home last October, as they posted ordering their first take out to the house.
The jaw-dropping pad has been months in the making and designed to the couple’s exact requirements.
It contains a bar, mini nightclub with DJ booth and a spa – and is surrounded by Wimbledon tennis-style lawns.
There’s also an epic driveway and a home gym for the fitness-obsessed couple to work out in, as well as a swimming pool.
Each of the property’s five bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while three of them even have dressing rooms.
