Groom admits to knowing fellow contestant before the show
A contestant on Married At First Sight UK has shocked viewers by revealing a secret connection with another bride from before the show. Georges Berthonneau admitted that he "almost dated" Ella Morgan Clark, one of the other contestants, before they both appeared on the reality TV show.

Georges shared the surprising revelation during an appearance on the Divorced! Beheaded! Thrived! podcast. He explained that he and Ella had previously met in a club and later connected through direct messages on social media. Although they had planned to go for a drink, it never happened. Georges also mentioned that Ella worked as a dancer, and they had bumped into each other a few times at the bar.

Ella's involvement in the show took a dramatic turn when it was revealed that she had cheated on her husband, Nathanial Valentino. In Tuesday night's episode, it was exposed that she had started an affair with another contestant, JJ Slater, who joined the show later on.
