Speaking to The Celeb Report, the former gymnast revealed the difficulties he faces in trying to regain full fitness post-injury. He shared, "It's a pain, it's really challenging to get back and get fully fit again. I'm just trying to do rehab all the time and stretch and do strength training exercises."

Despite his ongoing recovery, Matt has returned to the screen with a new series, 'Travels With Mum and Dad' on More4. Additionally, the 46-year-old hinted at a possible return to The One Show, expressing his love for the show and emphasizing that once part of the show, you never truly leave the family.
