The actress last starred on the show 34 years ago, before departing her role after two seasons, and is sporting a very different look.
Ditching her signature up-do’s and red-lipstick, Eve looks fresh-faced and radiant in a recent snap.
Sporting her stunning red curls in a more care-free fashion, the star can be seen smiling for the camera and rocking elegant gold jewellery.
Eve originally left her role as Zoe to swap the screen for the stage, and as explained in the post, will be taking on a new character this year.
She will be playing Kate Keller in a new landmark production of All My Sons at Queens Theatre in Hornchurch, London.
The red-headed beauty played the partner of a widowed solicitor on the BAFTA winning show, which first aired in 1989.
Set in Pinner, Greater London, the programme followed Alec Callender, played by Anton Rodgers, and his new romance with a much younger woman, Zoë.
Zoë was described as a fiery PE teacher, who had divorced her husband after discovering he’d been having an affair.
The actress also starred as Becky Sharp in the BBC adaptation of the novel Vanity Fair.
She has also appeared as Mrs Milcote in the original Royal National Theatre production of Helen Edmundson’s Coram Boy.
Eve’s role as Zoe was later taken over by Emmerdale star, Lesley Dunlop.
