Katherine Ryan, the Canadian-born comedian, has expressed her disappointment after her scheduled performance at the Netflix Is A Joke festival in Los Angeles was cancelled.

Visa Troubles

In a series of Instagram stories, Katherine shared that the cancellation was due to a visa issue, stating, "There was a mess up and I don’t have a Visa, we’ll put it at that."

Apology to Fans

Despite selling 600 tickets, Katherine apologized to fans who had purchased tickets and advised against making travel or hotel arrangements that couldn't be changed, saying, "I really hope you didn’t book travel or hotels that you can’t get out of."

Celebrity Gogglebox Exit

Additionally, Katherine revealed that she and her partner had not been asked back for another series of Celebrity Gogglebox, expressing uncertainty about their future on the show.

Despite enjoying the experience, Katherine mentioned that they were unsure if they were the best fit for the show, stating, "We haven’t been asked back so far, but that’s okay. Like I’m not right for everything."
