Simon Cowell looks slimmer than ever at America’s Got Talent launch after revealing he’s quit dairy, gluten and sugar

SIMON Cowell looked in great shape in a tight-fitting top as he attended the launch of America’s Got Talent.

The 62-year-old TV mogul has seen the weight fall off over the last four years after dramatically overhauling his lifestyle.

He’s quit gluten, dairy and sugar for good and appears to be reaping the rewards.

Smiling in front of the cameras on the red carpet at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium yesterday, Simon wore aviator shades black trousers and matching leather shoes.

His left hand was still in a cast from his serious e-bike crash earlier this year.

In a recent interview with The Celeb Report, Simon admitted to changing his lifestyle after photographs of himself left him shocked.

He has since lost a staggering four inches off his waist following the dramatic pre-pandemic health kick.

Insisting it wasn’t a fad diet, the Britain’s Got Talent judge has vowed to never go back to his old ways.

He said: “Cutting all that out is what has made a difference, genuinely.

“Ironically I was out on my bike as my exercise. I did ten or 11 miles every day.

“Even though it’s an electric bike I’d have it switched off until I needed it.It’s the best way to exercise because it’s fun.

“It’s a combination of all that stuff. It gives you energy and makes you feel better.

“I looked at a picture of myself from four years ago and thought, ‘Oh christ’.

“The diet I had then… phew.And everyone thinks I’ve had a gastric band – I haven’t.”
