SISTER Wives’ Kody Brown and Robyn were spotted on a date sipping on some bubbly drinks after fans accused her of being the star’s “favorite” wife.
This comes weeks after fellow wife Christine decided to part ways from Kody after more than 25 years of marriage.
A Twitter user shared a photo of Kody at dinner with Robyn at the restaurant Mariposa in Arizona, as the two seemed to be drinking alcohol.
In the snap, Kody wears a flannel while Robyn sports a dark top – both appear to be deep in conversation.
The user tweeted: “Look who I saw out to dinner in Sedona last night…”
They also added in the comments section: “They were very snuggly and lovey… I briefly talked to them to say I was a fan and they looked at me like I was an idiot.”
The snap was re-shared on Reddit where fans were quick to react as one wrote: “They both just look so unhappy all the time.”
Another added: “What hypocrites,” while a third chimed in, “So they go out all the time and the kids just stay home with the nanny? Poor kids, their parents don’t take them anywhere.”
Fans have labeled Robyn as Kody’s “favorite” wife in the past as one critic previously claimed the TV star’s fourth wife is the “only one treated well.”
One agreed and added: It’s not sharing when he spends all his time with Robyn and can’t seem to give the time of day to any of his other wives or children.”
JEALOUS WIVES?
Last year Robyn, 43, admitted that she had dealt with “jealously” from the other wives.
During a clip from Sister Wives, she ranted during her confessional: “Oh yeah sure, ‘I’m tired with dealing with wives and their closets and stuff,’ oh sure, blah, blah, blah. You’ll survive.
“If I can survive sharing you and dealing with the jealousy and the drama and all the stuff that has to do with plural marriage then you’ll be OK.”
At one point Kody was married to Robyn, Christine, Janelle, and Meri, however, things have now changed.
PARTING WAYS
Christine, 49, revealed on Instagram in November 2021, that she and Kody, 52, were parting ways after years of marriage problems.
She wrote at the time: “After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave.
“We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”
Following Christine’s announcement, Kody took to Twitter to release his own statement.
‘GREAT DEAL OF SADNESS’
He said: “Christine’s decision to leave comes with a great deal of sadness. We enjoyed many years together and I have a large amount of respect and admiration for her.
“Although we are moving forward on different paths, we will always remain committed parents.”
Months later Kody would reveal if he’s looking for a new partner, telling a Cameo user: “No fifth wife requests. Anything else, I’m willing to play the game.”
Tensions in the Brown house have been fraying since the Covid pandemic exploded as Kody has created a set of serious guidelines, causing many arguments.
