STACEY Solomon fans are today convinced that the star’s new dog is a HUGE clue that she’s Sausage on The Masked Singer

It has been rumoured for weeks that Joe Swash‘s fiancé has been moonlighting as one of the contestants on the ITV show, but she has repeatedly denied her involvement.

Now fans are convinced she is behind the mask and will be unveiled in tonight’s grand final after she revealed she is the proud owner of a sausage dog.

Stacey, 30 and Joe, 39, who live with their son Rex, Stacey’s kids Zachary and Leighton, and their pet pooch Theo, revealed they had added another “little boy” to their brood.

Stacey shared videos and photos on Instagram of their puppy settling in, with 21-month-old Rex and the dachshund posing for a cute snap. She said: “Welcome to our family little one.

“Another little boy for us all to love. And we love you so very much. Sometimes things just happen for a reason and souls come in to our lives just when they’re meant to.

“We still haven’t worked out what your name is yet but we know you’ll let us know. We love you puppy

After she posted the cute snap of Rex with the new pooch, fans immediately started speculating the sausage dog was a big clue she was one of the Masked Singers.

This one said: “Stacey this best not be a hint about the sausage !!! I’ve got £100 riding on the sausage not being you”

While another commented: “I actually can’t cope!!!!! And the pic… a sausage dog to celebrate the success of being a sausage on @maskedsingeruk.

This fan is convinced: “Stacey Solomon getting a sausage dog the night before the masked singer final.”

Meanwhile, yesterday Stacey was left flustered when the Loose Women panel took part in a challenge to test their painting skills after Kim Kardashian’s daughter North, seven, went viral for her recent incredible painting of a river and a mountain.

The Loose Women panel set to work on their own creations, with Kaye Adams drawing her impression of Stacey.

Revealing her efforts, Kaye insisted it was supposed to be Stacey and added: “And look, Stacey’s holding a sausage!”

Her colleague gasped in shock and laughed but the show quickly moved on to the next segment.

However, it’s unlikely Kaye knows if Stacey really is the Sausage, who has made it through to the final of the ITV competition, because the celebrities on The Masked Singer are sworn to secrecy.

Stacey does have an impressive singing pedigree and a powerful voice, appearing on The X Factor in 2012.

Even fiancé Joe is also convinced it’s her inside the costume – with her saying he was in a huff with her because he thought she was keeping a secret from him.

Stacey explained: “I just need to take a moment to appreciate that he’s actually not talking to me because he thinks I’m the Sausage on The Masked Singer and I just haven’t told him. What the hell?”
