Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two host Fleur East has surprised her fans by revealing her secret job outside of her busy TV and radio career. The singer, who shot to fame on The X Factor, is actually a qualified Personal Trainer.
Fleur shows off her fitness skills
Fleur East, 35, used her qualifications to lead a workout on Instagram, showcasing how to stay in perfect shape. In a video, she said, "You may not know this but I am actually a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer." She then proceeded to demonstrate exercises such as high knees, squat jumps, and plank shoulder taps.
Partnership with Dare2b Sports
Fleur East partnered with Dare2b Sports, a sports clothing brand, to rock their gym clothes which she also helped design. She encouraged her followers to try her easy-to-follow full-body workout routine while wearing her Dare2b Sports collection, which she claimed would keep them feeling confident and stylish.
Fans left in awe
Fleur's fans were left in awe of her secret job and her incredible fitness ability. Many praised her, with one fan even calling her a "superstar."
Fleur joins It Takes Two
Following her success on Strictly Come Dancing, Fleur East has landed a new role as Rylan's replacement on It Takes Two. The show, which returns next week on BBC Two, will see Fleur co-hosting alongside former Strictly pro Janette Manrara.
Fleur East competed on Strictly Come Dancing last year, reaching the final with her professional partner, Vito Coppola.
