Braving the Cold
This Morning presenter Ben Shephard didn't let the chilly weather stop him from showcasing his toned physique during a Christmas Day swim in Cornwall. Despite the 11-degree temperature, the 50-year-old star sported navy blue swimming shorts and plunged into the icy waters along with numerous other divers.
Post-Swim Scene
After the refreshing dip, Ben was spotted waist-deep in the water, giving a thumbs up and later grimacing as he dried off with a towel on dry land. He even enjoyed a drink in a small shot glass post-swim before heading home to celebrate the festive day with his family.
Fitness with Family
Ben recently surprised fans by sharing a rare video of him working out with his 19-year-old son, Sam. While the TV personality usually keeps his family out of the limelight, he gave viewers a glimpse of their gym session, complete with pull-ups alongside his teenage son.
Future Plans for This Morning
Last month, it was revealed that Ben Shephard and co-host Cat Deeley will continue their roles on ITV's This Morning amidst behind-the-scenes changes. New faces are expected to join the show, with Amanda Holden, Rylan Clark, and Ruth Langsford among the favorites for regular slots.
ITV chief Kevin Lygo is reportedly a fan of Cat's on-screen talent and is keen on retaining her presence on the show. While Cat and Ben's positions are secure, the show is set to undergo some tweaks and additions to keep things fresh and exciting for viewers.
