RUTH Langsford is desperate to appear in Towie alongside Amy Childs.
The This Morning presenter toyed with the idea of a cameo today as she chatted to Amy and her cousin Harry Derbidge ahead of the 30th series.

Amy, 32, suggested Ruth, 62, came on board, saying: “What about an appearance on TOWIE? We’d love it.”
Excitedly, Ruth replied: “Yeah! What can I do? Not the vajazzle!”
Amy told her: “If you did the vajazzle, that’d be perfect.”
Ruth continued: “I’d love to go on Towie” and Amy assured her: “We’ll get you on, don’t worry.”
Meanwhile Harry has hinted it’s going to be the best series yet, as he explained: “This felt like my favourite series, it felt like we took it back to the old school.
“It felt like we were filming day one. So this series, I’m excited for viewers to see it.”
Towie returned to TV last week with the first episode from the Dominican Republic.
Amy grew emotional and started crying as she chatted with Jordan Brook and James Lock .
The Only Way Is Essex OG opened up about her insecurities as she discussed being 32 and feeling less confident about herself around some of the younger girls in the cast.
She said: “The past couple of months I have lost my complete confidence. I come out here and I feel like all the girls have beautiful bodies.”
While the boys reassured her that she looked amazing, Amy continued: “Social media for me, I think it’s hard… I just feel like I am going to be back to me in a couple of months, hopefully.
“Look at you two training. I feel like I need to get my head straight, do you know what I mean?”
As well as Amy’s tears, fans saw Harry getting a voicenote from Ella-Rae Wise claiming Dan Edgar had been flirting with her behind girlfriend Amber Turner’s back.
The message caused chaos when Saffron Lempriere told Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows about it, then shared it with them.
They then shared the news with Dan and Amber, who brushed it off but looked uncomfortable.
And things are set to explode next week as the end of the episode showed the arrival of Ella Rae to the island.
