TikTok Star Slams Show as "Fake" and "Cringy"
A TikTok star has called out Celebs Go Dating, claiming the show is fake and filled with celebrities he's never heard of. Mark Carling, who was invited on the show due to his social media following, walked off set after hours of filming retakes and listening to what he described as celebrities talking nonsense.
Unfamiliar Faces and Repetitive Filming
Mark Carling, who admitted to never watching the show before, expressed frustration at not recognizing any of the celebrity cast members and having to film conversations repeatedly. He described the experience as "the cringiest thing I have ever seen" and called out the show for being mentally draining.
Not the Right Fit for Reality TV
Mark Carling explained in a video to his followers that he does not feel like competing for a celebrity is his style and criticized the casting for not aligning with his personality. He emphasized his preference for real-world issues and honest interviews over reality TV.
