He appeared on Friday’s last Britain’s Got Talent semi-final

The 42-year-old from Salford, and not only is the comedian a TV star and actor, he is also a talented singer.

Have you got it yet?

It’s none other than Jason Manford.

He is due to star as the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz at The London Palladium later this month.

Jason, who has been busy rehearsing ahead of the opening night, shared the picture on his Instagram.

He captioned the post: “Our brilliantly talented Dorothy is about to make you cry with Somewhere over the Rainbow in our Wizard of Oz medley on @bgt.”

After performing on the show, Jason said on Instagram: “Follow the Yellow Brick Road to @BGT!

“My kids love BGT & watch every ep so to not only be able to bring them but to be on it too was a really special moment for me as a Dad & a performer.

“My 5 year old son even reckoned our Wizard of Oz cast should’ve got the golden buzzer.”

The Wizard of Oz performances start on June 23 and run until September 3.

But this isn’t the first time Jason has starred in the West End.

He’s also appeared in Sweeney Todd, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Guys and Dolls.
