Here’s everything you need to know as the series returns for a sixth season.
Who is in the Queer Eye cast?
The show is made up of five sassy gay makeover experts who transform the wardrobe, lifestyle, and home decor of their “dull” subjects.
Here’s what we know about them Antoni, Bobby, Karamo, Jonathan, and Tan…

Antoni Porowski, 37, is the Queer Eye food and wine expert.
He was born in Montreal, Canada, to Polish parents and grew up speaking Polish, English, and French.

Antoni started out as a busboy at a family-run Polish restaurant before becoming manager of Bond St Sushi restaurant.
He landed the role on Queer Eye after becoming the personal chef of Ted Allen – the original Queer Eye For The Straight Guy food expert.
Antoni lives with his partner Joey Krietemeyer.

Bobby Berk, 40, is the Queer Eye design and home decor expert.
He grew up in Missouri, Texas, and struggled with homophobia while growing up and attending a Pentecostal church.
He started his design career at the Bombay Company in Denver and also worked at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

Jonathon Van Ness
Jonathan, 34, is the grooming expert on Queer Eye.
He grew up in Quincy, Illinois, and became the first male cheerleader at his high school – where he was also severely bullied for being gay.
Jonathan created the web series parody Gay Of Thrones as well as the podcast Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness.
He dropped out of college to pursue hairdressing and trained at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis.
Tan France

What is Queer Eye?
Queer Eye is the 2018 reboot of the original 2003 Bravo series Queer Eye For The Straight Guy.
In each episode, Jonathan, Tan, Antoni, Bobby, and Karamo travel to a different state or international location to meet straight men and women in need of a makeover.
They help with personal grooming and give them fashion and lifestyle tips as well as completely redesigning their homes.
The show has been praised for its sensitive approach to gay-straight stereotypes and for providing role models for the LGBTQ community.
