The Masked Singer has returned for its fourth season

Who is Rubbish on The Masked Singer?

Rubbish is one of the 13 incognito celebrities appearing on The Masked Singer for its fourth season.

They will make their first appearance on the show on Saturday, January 7 and will go up against the likes of Jacket Potato, Jellyfish, Phoenix, and Mouse among others.

As Rubbish has not performed there have been no official identity clues revealed yet.

So, there isn’t much to know about them apart from the tagline: “There’s no time to waste – it’s Rubbish!”

What have fans said about Rubbish?

The costume is the biggest thing we have to go off right now.

Fans believe that the rubbish bin is a perfect match for Kim Woodburn’s professional cleaning capabilities.

Another fan theory is that it could possibly be Marie Kondo, from the Netflix series Tidying Up with Marie Kondo.

Going off the recycling connection, it could also be someone who has a connection to nature and the environment.

Fans are also guessing it could be Kirstie Allsopp who likes to upcycle things around the house or one of the stars from The Repair Shop.

Who has already left The Masked Singer?

Ghost – who had performed Michael Buble’s Save The Last Dance For Me – was voted off by the judges in the first elimination.

He was revealed to be football hero Chris Kamara.

The judges all failed to guess who he was.

The former footballer said he took part in the show for his grandchildren and said that he can’t wait to see their reactions when they see it is him.

Talking about taking part in the contest, he said: “My grandkids, we’ll sit around together and they’ll have no idea. They love this show.

“They just sing ‘take it off’ and grandad’s going to turn around!”
