I’M A Celebrity 2020 has been thrilling fans since it’s return to TV in mid-November.
Slowly one by one the campmates are being whittled down, with Ruthie Henshall being the second to be voted of the show.
Who is Ruthie Henshall?
Valentine Ruth Henshall was born on March 7, 1967, in Bromley, London.
Henshall is an English actress, singer, and dancer known for her work in musical theatre and she made her West End debut in Cats in 1987.
Since then she has gone on to be a five-time Olivier Award nominee, and won the 1995 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Amalia Balash in the London revival of She Loves Me (1994).
She made her Broadway debut in 1999 in Chicago, and returned in 2010, this time playing the role Roxy Hart.
How did Ruthie Henshall become famous?
Ruthie is one of the best known names in musical theatre, and has appeared in some of the biggest West End shows of all time.
She starred in Miss Saigon, Les Miserables – in which she played Fantine – as well as Crazy For You.
She was also known for the 1996 revival of Oliver! at the London Palladium.

Ruthie was married to Canadian-born actor and singer Tim Howa from 2004-2009.
The couple announced their separation in August 2009 before later divorcing in January 2010.
The couple have two daughters together.
She was romantically linked to Prince Edward, dating him “solidly” for two years as well as on and off for five years.
She was also previously engaged to actor John Gordon Sinclair.
