Amos bids farewell to the tent

Last night, the latest season of The Great British Bake Off saw its first elimination as amateur baker Amos was sent home. After a round of signature bakes, technical challenges, and show-stoppers, it was Amos whose time in the famous tent came to an end. Reflecting on his departure, Amos said, "It was obviously the Showstopper that stopped my show. As soon as I heard my name, I came out of my body. It has been amazing being in that group of people walking into the tent on the first day, and that is softening the blow a little bit."
