SHERRIE Hewson has revealed she wants a SECOND face lift and neck surgery as she admits feeling desperate to look young again.
The 68-year-old exclusively told Seconds Away Online’s Big Interview she wants to make a sensational return to Loose Women to help cure her crippling body dysmorphia.

She says her fear of growing old has worsened since leaving the ITV daytime show and now admits needing counselling.
“The thought of ageing fills me with sadness,” Benidorm actress Sherrie told us.
“I feel like I’ve lost the girl that I once was and the face I knew.
“You have to come to terms with the fact that that person isn’t there anymore.

“It makes me feel invisible because no man in the world is going to look at me because they all want to be with a woman who is at least 20 years younger.
“It makes you feel unattractive, so you start doing things like I do to change myself.
“Maybe I need to have counselling to get rid of the terrible stuff that goes on in my head.”
Sherrie left Loose Women in 2016 after 14 years on the panel saying it was time to bow out.
But ever since, the mum-of-one has missed the closeness of her TV pals who helped her through her body dysmorphia battle.

Recently old favourites including Denise Welch and Carol McGiffin have returned as Loose Women panellists – and now Sherrie hopes to come back too.
“Of course I’d go back, I love Loose Women,” said Sherrie.
“I miss the girls and our friendship. If you ever felt down, by the time you’d gone on air they’d brought you back up again.
“The support network is fantastic on that show, it really is.
They were the ones who got me through and helped me.
“Now I don’t have the girls around me anymore to say ‘oh come on Sherrie, for God sake get on with it’.
“They really helped me, and I will always thank them for that because in your life you need people to boost you and tell you it’s OK.”

Sherrie faced problems with her appearance when she noticed a change in her body when she turned 50.
The star admitted undergoing a facelift to try and “save” her marriage to “cheating” DJ Ken Boyd. The couple went on to divorce in 2011.
“I remember thinking ‘oh my god, I don’t know who the hell that person is anymore’,” admits Sherrie.
“After turning 50 you get those saggy arms and start to put weight on that you didn’t have before.
“Suddenly your face has got all of these wrinkles.
“Everything starts to change.”
After being inspired by Sharon Osborne’s “amazing” cosmetic surgery, Sherrie had a facelift, fillers, botox and threading done.

After first catching the cosmetic surgery bug 18 years ago, the grandmother says she still wouldn’t rule out getting further work to delay the ageing process.
She said: “My neck has sagged and there’s a lot of loose skin hanging around. I really desperately need to have some sort of lift.
“It sounds pathetic, because you think, ‘why do you need that?’, but growing older is hard.
“I’ll do anything to make myself feel better. It’s why I change my hair colour all of the time, but I regret it because of course you’re looking at the same face.
“If you can tweak a bit to give yourself more confidence I don’t see anything wrong with that.
“It’s whatever makes you get through life, isn’t it? And gives you a bit of a boost.”

But Sherrie admits the ultimate problem isn’t her appearance, but how she feels about herself on the inside.
She said: “After the changes I make, I always end up the same person. Maybe it’s because I want to change who I am or I want to be a different person.
“I know people have called me pathetic and all sorts of horrible things. They’ve asked why can’t I just be happy with myself, but I don’t think that is helpful.
“I’ve obviously got some dysmorphia, of some kind.
“I think thousands of women feel like this and I hope speaking about it will help every woman of my age out there.”

Sherrie has spent the last nine months travelling the UK for Benidorm on Stage.
The live tour featured 250 performance in 28 venues to give fans a final farewell after the ITV show was axed.
But painful joints made her fear she may have to quit the show.
Thankfully the problems with her knees and wrists were helped by discovering the secret ingredient of green lipped mussel extract.
