ALDI’S Kevin the Carrot toy collection is returning to stores all kitted out for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
The soft plush bunch have proved popular with shoppers in the past, with characters sometimes selling out in hours.
The soft toys are based on characters from Aldi’s 2021 Christmas advert, which was a Dickensian-style take on A Christmas Carol.
The advert was a massive hit with Aldi fans, some of whom queued for hours to grab the toys when they first hit stores.
Some even bulk bought the characters and took to eBay to flog them for much higher than they nabbed them for.
And now, Aldi is introducing eight new Kevin the Carrot limited edition toys ahead of The Queen’s Jubilee.

These include soft toy editions of The Queen, Prince Charles, a brown corgi, a grey corgi, Kevin the carrot, Katie the carrot, flag waving Kevin, and a Queen’s guard.
As with all Aldi Specialbuys, fans of the toys should act fast if they want to get their hands on one – because once they’re gone, they’re gone.
The toys will be available to order online from 8am this Sunday, May 22, and you can expect to see the collection perched on shelves from next Thursday, May 26.
Individual toys will set you back £3.99 each, while bundles cost £15.95.
One Aldi fan shared the news to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK yesterday.
The post piqued the interest of many shoppers, racking up 947 likes and three thousand comments so far.
One Facebook user commented: “I hope they have hanging ones, I want them for my car.”
While another expressed their concern and said: “These will be on sale from 8am and on Ebay by 8.05am, it’s just so wrong that people are allowed to do this.”
Following the same line of thought, another commenter said: “Can’t wait to see people selling these on marketplace like they’re gold dust.”
Aldi told The Celeb Report: “Aldi’s Kevin the Carrot is back to celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee with limited edition characters, including Her Majesty the Queen herself!”
