BGT’s David Walliams mocks ‘elderly & infirm’ Simon Cowell & Amanda Holden’s racy dresses in alternative Queen’s Speech

DAVID Walliams mocks “elderly and infirm” Simon Cowell and pokes fun at Amanda Holden’s racy dresses in his alternative Queen’s Speech for the Britain’s Got Talent Christmas Spectacular.

In an exclusive first look clip, the 49-year-old star is dressed up as Queen Elizabeth II for his version of her annual festive message.

David mocks his co-stars in his alternative Queen’s speech

Speaking in front of a large fire place and glistening Christmas tree, David is wearing full make-up as well as a tiara on his head and other jewels.

His BGT co-stars can be seen reacting to the skit in the bottom corner, with Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Ashley Banjo in hysterics at the display.

In the clip, David roasts all of his famous pals – mocking Alesha’s music career, and even Ant and Dec’s Newcastle roots.

He muses: “Let’s look now at the New Year and my honours list; Alesha Dixon will be made a CBE for her services to music – by which I mean she’s retiring.

Amanda took the jibe in good jest

Th BGT panel found the entire thing hilarious

“Amanda Holden will be made an OBE for her environmental work, she always ensures her dresses use a quarter of the normal amount of fabric.”

The star continued: “Ashley Banjo will be made an MBE for his charity work for the elderly and infirm in taking over from Simon Cowell.

“Ant and Dec, they will be made Duke and Duchess of Newcastle – a city so close to their hearts they’ve lived in London for the past 25 years!

“And finally, David Walliams will have his OBE taken away for doing this awful impersonation of me; Merry Christmas one and all!”

David calls Simon ‘elderly and infirm’ in the clip

Despite the jibes, the BGT crew appear to take the comments in good jest – although with Simon not on the panel, it is unknown how he will react to being called “elderly and infirm”.

The 61-year-old star was replaced by Ashley on the ITV talent show this year after he broke his back falling from an electric bike while at his home in Malibu.

The mogul needed extensive surgery to fix his injuries, and will not be able to return to the UK until the spring.

This year marks BGT’s first ever Christmas special

Ashley shot to fame through BGT as part of 2009 winners Diversity, with Simon saying of his replacement: “Ashley will be a fantastic addition to the panel. He knows the power of the show and the responsibility of it.

“I couldn’t think of a better person to sit in my seat whilst I follow doctor’s orders. I hate that stupid bike.”

This year marks Britain’s Got Talent’s first ever Christmas special, and judges Amanda and Alesha are both set to give emotional singing performances on the show.

In addition, some of the programme’s best-loved contestants will be returning for what is sure to be a festive extravaganza.
