CUNARD is launching a number of UK trips this summer on board the Queen Elizabeth.
Launching from Southampton, the trips will run between July and October 2021, in time for the summer holidays.
Ranging from three to 12 nights, there will be 10 British Isles Voyages and three Sun Voyages trips.
Views along the way include the Jurassic Coast, Land’s End in Cornwall and the Isle of Arran and Sound of Mull in Scotland.
Four of the trips will stop off at ports in Liverpool, Greenock, Invergordon, Belfast and Newcastle.
While onboard, guests will be able to enjoy fine dining and entertainment as well as take advantage of the onboard spa.
Anyone sailing on the Queen Elizabeth must have been fully vaccinated but this is not needed for any other sailings, and travel insurance is mandatory.
Cunard president Simon Palethorpe said: “Cunard’s Summer at Sea luxury
UK voyages are a truly unique way for guests to have a much-needed break this summer.
“With international travel not yet fully opened up we’re delighted to offer these voyages exclusively for British guests to experience a staycation unlike any other, as they relax in Cunard luxury knowing we will take care of everything.”
“Guests can sail along some of the most stunning coastlines anywhere
in the world, as Queen Elizabeth provides a unique vantage point, or sail on one of our Sun Voyages where the destination is unscripted and is guided by studying the weather forecast and heading to where the sun shines brightest.”
Four night scenic British Isles Voyages start from £599 per person, when staying in a Balcony Stateroom, while a ten night British Isles Voyage starts from £1,299 per person for a Balcony Stateroom.
Seven night Sun Voyages are from £899 per person for a Balcony Stateroom.
Other safety measures include increased cleaning, social distancing and mask wearing in some public areas, while crew will undergo strict testing before and during the cruises.
The cruises go on sale from March 31 at 10am, which can be booked through via cunard.com or telephone 0344 338 8641.
P&O has also launched UK cruises this summer from £449pp – and you must be vaccinated.
