LINDA Carter settles back into Albert Square tonight just in time to attend Tina’s funeral.
But when she finds her estranged husband Mick in Janine Butcher’s company, she fails to keep her cool in tomorrow’s EastEnders.
In December, 2021, Linda Carter (played by Kellie Bright) received a visit from Walford villain Janine (Charlie Brooks) to whom she spoke of her rocky marriage with Mick (Danny Dyer).
Unable to recognise Janine – much to the disbelief of many viewers – Linda decided to follow her advice and ask for a divorce.
Little did she know she had ulterior motives and was only determined to get her hands on the Vic landlord.
And since Tina was found dead under the floorboards in the Argee Bhajee, it seems like Janine has succeeded.

Coming up tomorrow (Tuesday, April 5), however, the truth catches up with Janine was Linda returns to the Square for Tina’s funeral.
After bickering with her childhood sweetheart Mick, Linda spots and recognises Janine as the woman who convinced her to end her marriage.
She rekindles with her old demons and drinks her sorrows.
Linda then realises that Janine has wormed her way into Mick’s life and, drunk and embarrassed, fails to control her emotions.
She storms over to The Vic to give Janine a piece of her mind.
But the confrontation escalates quickly and a full blown fight erupts in the pub.
Linda lashes out at Janine, which forces Mick to step in in a bid to stop the fighting.
It’s unlikely Mick will react well to Linda’s behaviour.
Recently, as he was trying to mend their marriage, Mick was given the cold shoulder by Linda on multiple occasions.
He eventually received divorce papers in a shocking twist, despite not having been in contact with Linda for so long.
As mentioned above, Mick has since been getting closer to Janine, particularly after Tina’s death came to light.
Actress Kellie Bright left EastEnders in 2021, with her last appearance being aired in September.
She was tipped to return to the show ahead of Tina’s funeral but also to see actor Danny Dyer off.
