ELLEN Degeneres is reportedly set to be neighbors with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
The talk show host, 62, is believed to have snapped up a $49 million mansion in California’s exclusive Montecito area.
Ellen bought the sprawling estate from SNL comedian Dennis Miller, 67, and his wife, former model, Carolyn Espley-Miller, 55, in late September, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The deal reportedly makes the property one of the most expensive compounds sold in the Santa Barbara County area.
Ellen and her wife, Portia de Rossi, could be rubbing shoulders with former royals Meghan and Harry, who bought a $14.7 million Italian-style villa in Montecito this summer.

The Sussexes have put down roots in LA since stepping down as royals and are believed to have handed over the keys to their UK base, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, to pregnant Princess Eugenie.
Katy Perry and her fiancé Orlando Bloom, also splashed out on a $14.2 million ocean view home in the area in October.
Ellen and Portia’s rumored new home boasts 4.3 acres of land and has a 9,000 square foot South African-style main building, pool house, guest house, detached garage and a barn.
The various structures look out on a large duck pond with a rowboat and stocked with fish, as well as an infinity pool and lavender gardens.
Dennis Miller and his wife Carolyn bought the estate for $11 million in 2006 and have lived on it ever since.
Carolyn often shares photos of the idyllic gardens and rustic interior of the compound on her Instagram.
Ellen and Portia listed their five-bedroom Montecito home for $33.3 million in October after buying the Bali-inspired property for $27 million in 2019.
The new owner bought the home on November 6 using a company incorporated just two days earlier, meaning their name remains hidden on public documents.
Ellen – who battled “toxic workplace” allegations on her show over the summer – and Portia added to the mansion by buying a $1.9 million adjacent property.
At the home next door is a 1,400 square foot guest house with cabanas, pickleball courts, more outdoor seating areas and an infinity pool that looks out on the ocean.
The mansion was burglarized on July 4, and cops originally believed their property was “targeted due to the victim’s celebrity status.”
