Five humiliating things Prince Andrew faces in rape lawsuit from ‘questions about private parts’ to ‘revealing texts’

PRINCE Andrew now faces the prospect of having to reveal intimate details about himself in his court battle with his rape accuser.

After a judge threw out the royal’s bid to get Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s lawsuit against him halted, he has to submit himself to questioning by her lawyers or settle the case.

The royal now faces humiliating questions from her lawyers

Virginia, now 38-year-old, claims she was enticed by the Duke of York’s pal Ghislaine Maxwell and lured into paedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s sick sexual pyramid scheme.

She alleges she was forced to have sex with Andrew on three occasions – in London, New York and on Epstein’s island Little St James.

The 61-year-old royal could be set to pay £10million from the sale of his Swiss chalet in an out-of-court settlement with her.

If he doesn’t settle out of court, then will be subjected to what’s known as discovery in which her lawyers will begin to ask searching questions, says her former lawyer Gloria Allred.

“Now the Duke of York faces a lot of trouble ahead,” she told Good Morning Britain.

ASKED ABOUT HIS PRIVATE PARTS

The Duke of York could be asked about the most intimate parts of his body, a lawyer for Epstein’s victims has claimed.

Spencer Kuvin told the Mirror: “It is without question the Duke will be asked about his private parts.

“Nothing is off limits because if an underage girl can describe what the Duke of York’s private parts look like… how would that be if they had not had a relationship?”

PHONE, TEXT AND EMAIL RECORDS

According to Allred, the Prince faces having to his reveal records going back many years.

“For example texts, emails, direct message, cell phone records, flight records, scheduling, calenders,” she said.

“He cannot destroy evidence, he cannot spoil evidence.

“He’s going to have to provide what he has  and it’s going to be a tough road ahead for him.”

FAMILY GIVING EVIDENCE

In his disastrous interview with the BBC in late 2019, the Duke insisted he never met Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

He said that on one occasion he was alleged to have met her, he was in fact at a Pizza Express in Woking celebrating his daughter Princess Beatrice’s birthday.

Royal expert Angela Levin said Beatrice could be called to court to give evidence.

She Levin told talkRADIO: “If the case goes ahead, one, it’s not going to be heard until the autumn and secondly, it will involve Beatrice being brought to court and all sorts of other family members.

“He said he was having a pizza and couldn’t have gone with Virginia to a nightclub, and you have to prove this and then have to get his own family there to support him.

“I think for a senior royal to rely on a technical couple of words in a court case looks absolutely appalling.”

Sworn statements from ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and his other daughters Princes Eugenie are also a possibility.

PROOF HE CAN’T SWEAT

Virginia that Prince Andrew was “profusely sweating” while dancing with her at Tramp nightclub in 2001.

As well as insisting he was in Woking, he also claimed a medical condition stemming from his service in the Falklands War prevented him from sweating.

“I’ve no recollection of meeting her,” he said.

“In fact I’m convinced I was never in Tramp with her. There are a number of things wrong with that story, one of which is that I don’t know where the bar is in Tramp. I don’t drink.

“I don’t think I’ve ever bought a drink in Tramp.”

Ex-naval officer Andrew added: “There’s a slight problem with the sweating because I have peculiar medical condition which is that I don’t sweat, or didn’t at the time, because I had suffered an overdose of adrenaline in the Falklands War when I was shot at . . . it was impossible for me to sweat.”

Virginia’s lawyers have already asked proof of evidence that he can’t sweat and it’s highly likely this could feature in their questioning.

Andrew was asked about his friendship with Epstein by the BBC

FRIENDSHIP WITH EPSTEIN

At the heart of the Duke of York’s current problems is his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.

The multi-millionaire paedophile hanged himself in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on charged of sex trafficking girls.

The Duke of York was introduced to Epstein by his pal and the paedophile’s former lover Ghislaine Maxwell.

Maxwell, 60, is facing dying in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking girls for Epstein to abuse.

His failure to properly explain why he remained Epstein’s friend, even after he was convicted of sex offences against girls in 2007 has further tarnished his reputation.

The Duke of York has previously admitted he stayed with Epstein in New York in December 2010, when they were pictured walking together in Central Park.

He told the BBC’s Newsnight he went there to tell Epstein face to face they could no longer be friends, and only slept at his Manhattan home because it was “a convenient place to stay”.

Andrew is said to have been a visitor a number of times to Epstein’s New York home – which was decorated with 150 creepy eyeballs.

A spokesman for the Duke also refused to comment.

He denies the allegations and sources say he is determined to clear his name.
