GHISLAINE Maxwell allegedly confiscated the passport of a “distraught” 15-year-old “slave” because she refused to have sex with disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, bombshell court papers claim.
The newly unsealed documents stem from a lawsuit between the socialite and Epstein sex slave Virginia Roberts, who says she was forced to sleep with the Duke of York three times as a teenager – which he denies.
They also repeat a previous claim that Maxwell, now 59, stole a 15-year-old’s passport to get her to have sex with Epstein at his property in the US Virgin Islands.
One document reads: “One witness (redacted) was in tears, as he recounted (Maxwell) bringing a 15-year-old girl into his employer’s home who, in the utmost distress, told him that (Maxwell) stole the young girl’s passport and tried to make her have sex with Epstein and then threatened her.
The filing also included testimony from Rinaldo Rizzo, a butler who worked for hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin and his wife, Eva Andersson-Dubin.
Rizzo had said in filings for an unrelated case that Epstein and Maxwell brought a 15-year-old Swedish girl with them when they visited his employers in New York, the Daily Mail reports.
Wednesday’s unsealed court filings revealed Rizzo was ‘in tears’ as he recalled how the teen told him Maxwell had taken her passport and tried to “make her have sex with Epstein”.
Rizzo had previously said he found the girl crying in the kitchen, and heard her describe her alleged treatment at the hands of Maxwell and her assistant, Sarah Kellen, when she was being held at Epstein’s property in the US Virgin Islands.
Rizzo said the girl was “distraught and shaking…literally quivering” as she described her alleged treatment at the hands of Epstein’s alleged madam and Kellen.
Kellen has denied the allegations claiming that she was herself a victim.
Maxwell, who denies helping Epstein recruit and groom girls for sex, is currently in prison awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
The court papers also claim that Maxwell directed a room of girls to “kiss, dance and touch one another in a sexual way” and smeared Prince Andrew’s sex accuser as a drug addict.
“Another witness (redacted) testified that (Maxwell) recruited her from her school campus to have sex with Epstein with lies about being her personal assistant,” the papers allege.
The heiress – currently locked up on child grooming charges – saw her alleged sex secrets laid bare after 112 court documents running to thousands of pages were released by a US judge.
The filing also includes testimony that Maxwell and Epstein had sex sessions with strap-ons and dildos.
Further, the court documents claim that Maxwell tried to smear Virginia, now 36, by alleging that she had an “opioid addiction” and had previously “cried rape” as a teenager.
She is said to have branded Virginia a “professional victim” and “sexually permissive” by digging up police reports involving the American mum-of-three from when she was younger.
Earlier this week, Maxwell tried to get the charges against her dropped, claiming she was protected by Epstein’s sweetheart non-prosecution deal in 2007.
Epstein died by suicide in a New York jail, in 2019.
Prince Andrew has said he does not remember ever meeting Virginia Roberts and denies they had any sexual contact.
He also denies being aware of any wrongdoing during his friendship with Epstein.
