PRINCE Louis sat on his dad’s lap in a digger today as they joined volunteers revamping the Scout Hut for Big Help Out.
The Prince and Princess of Wales gave up their time to help at the hut, with their youngsters playing their part, too.

Prince George joined in the volunteering as well
It was Louis‘ first official engagement, and the five-year-old sat patiently between Prince William’s legs as he drove the digger.
The youngster was spotted filling a wheelbarrow, and also seen painting a handprint on the wall, while his sister Charlotte was spotted painting a fence.
Prince George was working hard with a power tool in hand, too.
The youngsters were all smiles as they helped out for a good cause.
The siblings were then spotted eating marshmallows they’d cooked over a fire, and taking part in archery, too.
Big Help Out is a volunteer day, and organisers expected six million people to take part today.
They were either arranging their own community activities or working with groups such as the Scouts, National Trust and RNLI.
More than 52,000 registered events, organised by more than 33,000 organisations, are said to be taking place across the UK.
The Big Help Out takes place on the last day of the three-day coronation weekend and followed last night’s concert in the King’s back garden at Windsor Castle.
