How old are Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis?

Prince William and Princess Kate are the proud parents to three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

On July 22, 2013, the royal couple welcomed Prince George into the world at St Mary’s Hospital in central London.

As of July 2023, the future king is 10-years-old.

In September 2014, the couple announced that Kate was pregnant again, and the following year, Princess Charlotte was born at the same hospital as her brother on May 2, 2015.

Princess Charlotte turned eight on May 2, 2023.

On September 4, 2017, it was announced that Kate and William were expecting their third child.

On the morning of April 23, 2018, St George’s Day, Kensington Palace announced that Kate was in labour and had headed to the Lindo wing.

A further announcement came later informing royal fans that she had safely delivered a baby boy, Prince Louis, at 11.01am at 8lbs 7oz.

As of July 2023, Prince Louis is five years old.

What are their full names?

Prince George’s full name is George Alexander Louis.

His name was announced by the Royal Family in a statement that read: ”The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis.

“The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.”

Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte is called Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

However, in order to make sure Charlotte fits in with the other children at school, she goes by another name with her classmates.

Like George before her, the young royal simply goes by the name Charlotte Cambridge.

Prince Louis’ full name is Louis Arthur Charles.

When did Prince George start school?

Prince George, like many young children, packed up his pencil case and headed into school for the first time on September 7, 2017.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opted to send their firstborn to the rather posh South London school St Thomas’s of Battersea.

In 2022, the royal couple revealed that George, along with his siblings, enrolled at the £7,000-a-term Lambrook School near Ascot, Berkshire.

Lambrook is a co-ed preparatory that started in 1860 and allows part-time boarding.

When did Princess Charlotte start school?

Princess Charlotte joined her older brother at Thomas’s in Battersea in September 2019.

However, her first year was interrupted when all schools closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

She moved to the school after starting at Willcocks Nursery School on Monday, January 8, 2018.

The young royal then enrolled at Lambrook School in 2022.

When did Prince Louis start nursery?

Prince Louis also attended Willocks Nursery School.

The Cambridges’ youngest started there in April 2021.

As mentioned above, the royal tot also made the move to the private school, located near Ascot in 2022.

A Palace source said at the time: “This decision to move to Windsor and for George, Charlotte and Louis to go to school together was always about putting the children first. It is the best thing for the kids.

“Both William and Catherine are very keen to do the school run.

“Lambrook is very much sports-focused and all three children do love their sport.

“George, Charlotte and Louis are very excited about going to school together.”
