PRINCESS Charlotte is celebrating her sixth birthday.
Proud mum, Kate, shared a snap of the grinning princess in the family’s country home in Norfolk.
When is her birthday?
Princess Charlotte was born on May 2, 2015 at 8.34am at St Mary’s Hospital
She was brought into the world in the infamous Lindo Wing, and weighed 8lbs 3oz.
In the new photograph of the young royal, many have drawn similarities between Charlotte and her dad, William.
Sun royal photographer Arthur Edwards said: “She looks just like her father.
“Catherine is getting better and better with her photography and this really is beautifully shot.
“It truly shows us what a beautiful child she is.”
What’s Princess Charlotte’s full name?
Kate and Wills‘ only daughter, Charlotte, has a rather long name.
Her full name, including her title, is Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge.
Her middle names are those of both her late grandmother, Princess Diana, and her great-grandmother Her Majesty The Queen.
Could Charlotte ever lose her royal title?
As she grows older there is a possibility that Charlotte’s title could change from Princess.
But rather than losing royal status, which is near enough impossible, she will gain additional titles.
If the Queen’s eldest daughter, Princess Anne passes away, Charlotte could be given the title of Princess Royal – a title that can only be held by one person at any given time.
She could also end up getting a Dukedom if she chooses to marry, much like her father, Prince William, who was given the additional title of Duke of Cambridge when he married her mother.
