PRINCE Andrew’s sex assault accuser has demanded proof that the royal cannot sweat – and asked for evidence of his mysterious trip to Pizza Express.
Court documents submitted by lawyers for Virginia Roberts Giuffre reveal they had made eight ‘discovery’ requests of the Duke of York as her lawsuit against him hurtles towards a trial.
Andrew was asked to divulge documents concerning his correspondence with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein on topics of abuse or the royal’s “sexual relations with anyone”.
He was also asked to provide any proof he may hold of his visit to Tramp nightclub in London – where Ms Giuffre claims they danced on the night he assaulted her – and his trip to Pizza Express in Woking.
The prince claimed in a disastrous BBC interview that he was at the pizza chain when he was supposed to be with Ms Giuffre.
Andrew has always strongly denied all allegations made against him.
Another request, from Ms Giuffre’s lawyers, asks for: “All Documents concerning your alleged medical condition of anhidrosis, hypohidrosis, or…your inability to sweat.”
In a court document, submitted on Thursday night, Ms Giuffre’s lead lawyer David Boies blasted Andrew’s responses to the requests – in which he sought to dodge them.
He said: “Based on his discovery responses, Prince Andrew has apparently already determined that he has no documents that would be responsive to the majority of Plaintiff’s requests.
“If Prince Andrew truly has no documents concerning his communications with Maxwell or Epstein, his travel to Florida, New York, or various locations in London, his alleged medical inability to sweat, or anything that would support the alibis he gave during his BBC interview, then continuing with discovery will not be burdensome to him at all.”
Andrew’s representation has been contacted for comment.
During his car-crash BBC interview in 2019, Prince Andrew claimed he was in a Pizza Express on the night he is accused of sleeping with Ms Giuffre.
He also told Newsnight’s Emily Maitlis a “peculiar medical condition” triggered by being shot at in the Falklands War meant he could not have “sweated profusely” — as she has claimed.
Ms Giuffre has claimed she met Andrew at London club Tramp before sleeping with him in 2001.
But Andrew said: “That couldn’t have happened because the date being suggested — the 10th of March — I was at home with the children.
“I’d taken Beatrice to a Pizza Express in Woking for a party at about 4 or 5 in the afternoon.”
‘VERY UNUSUAL’
Asked why he could remember something so specific from 18 years ago, he added: “Because going to Pizza Express in Woking is a very unusual thing for me to do.
“I’ve never been . . . I’ve only been to Woking a couple of times and I remember it weirdly distinctly. As soon as somebody reminded me of it, I went, ‘Oh yes I remember that’.”
Ms Giuffre named Andrew in documents related to Epstein filed in Florida in 2015.
She has claimed she was forced to have sex with Andrew three times between 1999 and 2002 — in London, New York and on Epstein’s private Caribbean island.
A judge later struck out her claims, saying they were “immaterial and impertinent”.
In the BBC2 interview, Maitlis described Virginia’s allegations that Andrew bought her drinks in Tramp, they had sex and he “sweated profusely”.
Andrew said: “I’ve no recollection of meeting her. In fact I’m convinced I was never in Tramp with her. There are a number of things wrong with that story, one of which is that I don’t know where the bar is in Tramp. I don’t drink.
“I don’t think I’ve ever bought a drink in Tramp.”
Ex-naval officer Andrew added: “There’s a slight problem with the sweating because I have peculiar medical condition which is that I don’t sweat, or didn’t at the time, because I had suffered an overdose of adrenaline in the Falklands War when I was shot at . . . it was impossible for me to sweat.”
Epstein survivor Ms Giufrre has since launched a civil case against the Duke of York.

And according to reports, Andrew’s lawyers were locked in emergency talks following Maxwell’s guilty verdict amid fears she could “name names”.
Maxwell now faces up to 65 years in prison after a New York court found she procured, groomed and trafficked young girls for her ex-lover Epstein.
The jury’s verdict to convict Maxwell has sparked alarm in the Prince’s legal team because the burden of proof in a criminal case is far higher than in a civil case, the Mirror reports.
Legal experts reportedly point to OJ Simpson who was acquitted in criminal court but was found guilty of double murder in a civil case.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed Maxwell could start “naming names” in a bid to cut her lengthy prison sentence.
The socialite, 60, and Andrew, 61, are believed to have known each other for the better part of two decades and she is alleged to have introduced him to Epstein.
She and the paedophile are believed to have been dating at the time – and the Duke is believed to have subsequently struck up a friendship with Epstein.
