Lindsay, who lost 1st in a month, also had low calorie ice cream

The self-titled Fakeaway Queen recently revealed that you can lose weight whilst still enjoying food you like – but it has to be in moderation.

According to Lindsay, she was able to shed a whopping stone in just 30 days without giving up scrumptious junk food, such as McDonald’s and a cheesy pizza.

”It is possible to lose weight if you stick to calorie deficit,” she insisted in her video.

For instance, Lindsay still ate the sausage and egg McMuffin that’s over 420 calories, as well as a hash brown that’s estimated to be at 127 calories.

To complete her breakfast, the food fanatic also enjoyed a coffee which she reckoned to be around 104 calories.

At lunchtime, Lindsay found herself to not be ”that hungry”, so instead of a full mean she snacked on some Fridge Raiders.

For tea, Lindsay opted for a thin crust pizza she had nabbed from Saisnbury’s.

The whole pizza, that had been topped with ham, mushroom and garlic, was just 439 calories, she added.

To end the day, the fakeaway lover had a low calorie salted caramel ice cream by the brand Jude’s – and it was a little over 94 calories.

Sharing tips to fellow social media users on TikTok, Lindsay said: ”You can use an online calorie calculator, just search on Google and enter your details such as height/weight/activity levels.”

Losing weight can be a challenge – but knowing how many calories you need to consume to shed the pounds in a healthy way can help.

The NHS has even come out with a free weight loss plan that’s broken down into 12 weeks, and it’s available on both Android phones and Apple.

However, counting calories is not the only way to change your eating habits in order to lose weight.

The NHS guidelines also advise to adjust your portion sizes and making sure you are eating the right types of food, such as fruit and vegetables, as well as healthy fats and protein.
