Kate Middleton and Prince William wave to adoring crowds as they arrive at Wimbledon

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge looked in high spirits as they arrived at Wimbledon on Tuesday afternoon.

Kate Middleton, 40, waved to fans as she crossed the bridge from the millennium building into Centre Court after arriving at the SW19 grounds via the players’ entrance.

Prince William put on a dapper display in a light grey suit and navy time

Looking typically chic, the mum-of-three put on a stylish display in a blue polka dot midi dress which featured waistband detail that cinched her in at the waist.

The royal completed her ensemble by adding a pair of pearl-drop earrings.

Wearing her long brown locks loose, Kate kept her makeup natural – adding just a touch of blusher and a pink lip.

Meanwhile, Prince William looked dapper in a light grey check suit which he paired with a navy tie and coordinating bottoms.

The royal couple were joined by Kate’s mother Carole, who opted for a floral dress.

Wimbledon is rolling on at pace and excitement in SW19 is reaching fever pitch as it enters day nine on the schedule.

The royal couple will watch Novak Djokovic who opens up Centre Court against Italian youngster Jannik Sinner.

Elsewhere, Cameron Norrie is back in action later on against Belgian star David Goffin over on Court No.1.
