PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle are “addicted to drama” – and one day the duke will “wake up” and realise he’s living in Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, a royal biographer says.
Tina Brown, the author of a bombshell new book on the Royal Family, says she believes Harry may one day feel he has to “get the hell out” of Montecito, “go down the pub” and see friends.
And she likened the Sussexes’ lifestyle to Paltrow’s much-mocked wellness website, which advises vaginal steaming and sells £122,000 gold dumbbells.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Mrs Brown said the pair can’t stop creating dramatic scenes wherever they go.
“It’s actually amazing how each time one of the royals does one of these big sit-down interviews, it’s a catastrophe,” she said.
“Every time it’s like a nuclear bomb. The Oprah interview was desperately damaging to any relationship that Harry could ever hope to have with his family.”

The problem worsened when he announced the publication of his memoir, set for release later this year, she said.
“I think the memoir was actually more breath-taking than the interview. It was like, ‘What?’,” Mrs Brown said.
And she warned the duke has been “completely and utterly taken over by Meghan and his whole personality has changed”.
“I do question how it will end,” she added.
“[Maybe] he’ll wake up and realise he’s living in Goop and he has to get the hell out, go down the pub and see his friends.”
Elsewhere, Mrs Brown warned the relationship between William and Harry is “very bad” – and will likely worsen with the memoir’s publication.
“I’m told there’s absolutely nothing going on between them at the moment,” she said.
The book could see Harry “go after” Charles, Camilla and his older brother, Mrs Brown added.
The biographer said:
- “The whole Andrew business” is “utterly grotesque” and has been “deeply distressing for the Queen”
- Charles “could become the grandfather of the nation” when he is made king
- Harry “has not made his peace” with Camilla becoming queen consort and “probably never will”
- William and Harry’s relationship is struggling – and the situation is “very bad”
- The Duke of Sussex “felt like Bridget Jones” when William and Kate got married and became the “perfect couple”
“That’s so unhelpful to them all at this particular moment. For William, that’s the big cloud in their relationship right now,” she said.
The Duke of Sussex is unlikely to speak poorly of his sister-in-law Kate, however, as he “adored” her when the Cambridges got married.
Their wedding turned them into the “perfect couple” – and Harry into “Bridget Jones”, Mrs Brown said.
Harry’s mega-bucks memoir will be published during what’s turning out to be a crucial year for the family.
The Queen is marking her Platinum Jubilee – but the celebrations have already been marred by middle son Andrew, who settled a lawsuit with sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre.
‘LIKE LIVING IN GOOP’
The prince vehemently denies any wrongdoing, but has paid out a multi-million pound sum thought to be somewhere in the region of £12m.
Meanwhile, William and Kate have recently returned from a controversial tour of the Caribbean.
The future king has now reportedly laid out a “blueprint” for his future as the king – and believes the royals must be “agile” to survive.
He called a crisis meeting with top aides following criticism of the tour, which left the couple “bruised”.
Mrs Brown says that both Harry and England are now paying the price for Harry’s decision to step back from the family.

“Harry and Meghan would have been an amazing asset for the Commonwealth,” she said.
“They didn’t understand the Queen was giving them this platform for soft power, which could have been tremendous.”
