MEGHAN Markle has appeared with son Archie in a new image on the same day Prince William is due to land in the US.
The three-year-old made a rare appearance as he sat on his mother’s lap.
Meghan and Archie appeared in a web chat alongside Doria Ragland
He was joined by his grandmother Doria Ragland, who looked casual in a red top and trousers.
The trio were appearing in a web call with Jotaka Eaddy, the CEO of social impact consulting firm Full Circle Strategies.
American political strategist Donna Brazile was also involved in the call.
An image of the chat was shared by Professor Duchess Harris, who specialises in American studies and feminism.
It is not clear what the group were discussing.
Archie has rarely been seen since he was born in May 2019.
Meghan and Prince Harry have released just a handful of photos of the young royal.
His appearance in the call came as William and Kate Middleton prepare to visit the US.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are heading to the States today.
The couple will spend three days in Boston, Massachusetts, to attend the second Earthshot Prize Awards.
By coincidence, Harry and Meghan will also be hosted on the East Coast within days.
They will attend a lavish ceremony in New York to accept the Ripple of Hope award, which they are being given for taking a stance against “structural racism” in the Royal Family.
Insiders have claimed they “won’t be distracted” by Meghan and Harry while in the US.
But it comes as the couple’s £88million fly-on-the-wall documentary is expected to hit Netflix next week.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex previously promised to offer an insight into their “love story” on the show.
