MEGHAN Markle was today seen for the first time since confirming she won’t be attending the King’s coronation.
The Duchess of Sussex introduced her friend’s TED Talk just hours after insisting her decision to miss Charles‘ big day had nothing to do with “unconscious bias” within the monarchy.

The former actress previously raised racism concerns in a letter to the then-Prince of Wales following her interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, according to The Telegraph.
During the tell-all chat, Meghan claimed a senior member of the Royal Family had speculated about how dark their future son’s skin might be.
Charles is said to have written to his daughter in law, expressing his sadness over the split within the Firm.
A source said the duchess felt his response was unsatisfactory, which influenced her to skip the coronation on May 6.
But the Sussexes described the alleged reasoning as “ridiculous and false”.
In a statement shared through royal commentator Omid Scobie on Twitter, the couple said: “The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago.
“Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous.
“We encourage tabloid media and various royal correspondents to stop the exhausting circus that they alone are creating.”
Hours later, Meg, 41, introduced her pal Misan Harriman on stage via video link for his TED Talk in front of a large crowd.
The photographer and social activist, who took an adorable photo of Lilibet at her first birthday party last year and another of Meghan and Harry during their second pregnancy, said on Instagram afterwards: “The Duchess of Sussex was kind enough to introduce me onto the stage for my TED Talk.
“Thank you for all the support Meg.”
The clip may have been filmed at her home in the US, where she will likely spend the day of the coronation.
Harry, 38, will attend his father’s big event alone next month while his wife and two kids stay in California.
The ceremony takes place on May 6 – the same day as their son Archie’s fourth birthday.
Close pal Omid said this was a factor in the couple’s decision to be apart.
He added: “Expect it to be a fairly quick trip to the UK for Prince Harry, who will only be attending the coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey.”
