THOMAS Markle has threatened to sue Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in order to see his grandkids.
The Duchess of Sussex’s estranged dad said Meghan is “childish” for not letting him see his kin Archie and Lilibet.
And he revealed he has been told by “several lawyers” in California he could win if he were to take legal action.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Thomas said: “I’d love to see my grandchildren.
“People have suggested in California that I sue to see my kids. But I think if I did that I’d be doing the same thing Meghan and Harry are doing.
“I don’t want to include my grandchildren in this situation, I want to see my grandchildren with friendly parents and friendship all around. I don’t want hostile parents when seeing my grandchildren. So I’ll wait.”
He added: “I’ve been told by several lawyers that grandparents have sued to see their grandchildren and have won in California.”
“I’m not going to do that.
“My grandchildren are not pawns in a game. They’re not part of a game they are my grandchildren I want to see my grandchildren.”
And the frustrated grandad, who has still never met Harry and Meghan’s two small children, is still hopeful his daughter will come around.
He said: “Eventually she’ll start talking to me. This is way too childish, this is kind of silly.
“It’s time to talk with each other, we’re family. The kids are going to grow up without knowing they have two families.
“This is more than just me and my daughter now – this is me, my daughter, her husband and two babies.
“So it’s time to do something. To talk.”
