PETER Andre has revealed the devastating moment he heard the Queen died as he came off stage.
The Mysterious Girl singer – who has been acting in stage show Grease recently – found out Her Majesty had died in between two performances last Thursday.

He revealed he was on stage when the Queen passed away
Pete, 49, revealed he’d heard the devastating news about the Queen’s passing in the theatre, admitting he got “very emotional”.
Writing in his New! magazine column, he said: “I was between two shows of Grease in London when we heard the devastating news that our wonderful Queen was being treated by doctors at Balmoral.
“A few hours later, we were told that she had passed away.
“I really cannot describe the feeling in the theatre last Thursday, like so many people, I feel very emotional knowing she has gone.”
Pete concluded that the “very sad day” reminded him of the time he was able to meet the Queen, saying it was an “honour”.
The star opened up earlier this year about making a MAJOR blunder that he made before meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
The father-of-two has had the honour of being in the monarch’s company three times during his career.
“The last time I was at Buckingham Palace was for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award,” Pete explained in a previous mag column.
“It was such a lovely day, although I did accidentally spill coffee all over the carpet while I was waiting to meet the Royals.
“I asked the staff if they could not mention it – I’m not sure if I will be meeting Her Majesty again (unless I pay the cleaning bill).”
Pete was among the hundreds of celebrities who took to social media to pay tribute to the Queen after her tragic death last week.
In a sombre statement, Buckingham Palace confirmed the longest-serving monarch in British history had passed away.
The announcement also detailed that her son, Charles, was King.
Among the other celebs paying tribute to Her Majesty was Elton John, who penned an emotional message on Instagram.
Elton wrote: “Along with the rest of the nation, I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s passing.
“She was an inspiring presence to be around and lead the country through some of our greatest and darkest moments with grace, decency and a genuine caring warmth.
“Queen Elizabeth has been a huge part of my life from childhood to this day and I will miss her dearly.”
