Unusual sighting

Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have been photographed together leaving Royal Lodge. The Duke and Duchess of York, who continue to reside at the royal property despite their divorce, were seen driving out together today.

Off to Windsor Castle

Andrew and Fergie were on their way to Windsor Castle, located on the same estate, when they were spotted making the short journey.

Avoiding the Christmas lunch

The sighting comes after reports that the duo chose not to attend the annual Christmas lunch at Sandringham in the midst of Andrew's alleged involvement in a Chinese spy scandal. Instead, they spent the day together.

Unwanted association

Prince Andrew, who has been linked as a "close confidant" of alleged Chinese spy Yang Tengbo, has faced scrutiny for their friendship spanning over a decade. Yang Tengbo has been prohibited from entering the UK due to national security concerns.

Royal distancing

Biographer Andrew Lownie expressed on The Celeb Report's Royal Exclusive show that he believes Prince Andrew will not return to Sandringham in the future. Lownie suggested that other members of the royal family should distance themselves from Andrew to avoid further embarrassment.
