Prince Andrew finds solace at Royal Lodge with daughters and grandkids

Family support

Prince Andrew, the disgraced Duke of York, now spends most of his time at the £30 million Royal Lodge in Windsor, where he is visited by his daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. The protective daughters take turns checking in on their father and bringing the grandchildren to visit him on weekends.

Quiet life

Five years after his public downfall due to a controversial Newsnight interview, Prince Andrew has retreated to a more private life at the Royal Lodge. He is said to find solace in spending time with his family and engaging in activities like golf, horse riding, and walks with his former wife Sarah, Duchess of York.

Home comfort

The Royal Lodge, a 19th-century listed property with 40 hectares of woodland and lawns, holds sentimental value as it was part of the late Queen Elizabeth's childhood. Despite calls from Prince Charles to vacate the property, Prince Andrew remains steadfast in staying at the residence until his lease expires in 2078.
