Prince Andrew’s ‘sex slave’ Virginia Roberts quits Twitter with blast at his ‘team’ for targeting her with vile abuse

PRINCE Andrew accuser Virginia Roberts has today quit Twitter after claiming the Duke and his advisors targeted her with “hatred and abuse”.

It follows allegations that Andrew’s aides contacted an online troll in a bid to discredit the 37-year-old, who has alleged she was forced to have sex with the royal.

Ms Roberts claims she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and forced to have sex with the Duke

According to the Mail on Sunday, advisers of the Duke and his ex-wife contacted Molly Skye Brown after she trolled Virginia on Twitter for months.

The report claims Sarah Ferguson’s aide Antonia Marshall approached the troll and thanked her for her “online support” after Ms Brown alleged online that the notorious photo of Andrew with Virginia Roberts had been “doctored”.

Now, Ms Roberts, who is now happily married and uses the surname Guiffre, has announced that she is leaving Twitter after receiving vile abuse.

She said: “I think I’m going to take a break from Twitter for a while.

“Too much hatred and abusive gaslighting.

“To all my friends — DM me and I will check once & awhile.

“I just can’t right now. For my own health.

“Well done Prince Andrew team and Trump trolls — you’ve successfully done your job.”

The Celeb Report Online has contacted the Duke’s representatives, but they declined to comment.

Virginia, a trafficked sex slave of Jeffrey Epstein, alleges she was forced to have sex with the prince three times — claims Andrew strongly denies.

She alleges she first slept with the Duke in London in 2001 — the same night the photograph of her and the prince was taken.

ROYAL SCANDAL

Andrew was forced to quit as a senior royal following a disastrous interview with BBC Newsnight in late-2019 in which he said he did not regret his relationship with convicted paedophile Epstein.

The prince denies all allegations of misconduct made against him.

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell in August 2019 while he was awaiting trial for sex trafficking minors.

His death was ruled as suicide.

Epstein’s former lover Ghislaine Maxwell is currently jailed in New York and faces trial this year.

It is alleged that Maxwell was Epstein’s alleged “pimp”.

She denies all allegations of misconduct made against her.
