Prince Harry & King Charles to Meet for Second Reunion

Prince Harry & King Charles to Meet for Second Reunion

Upcoming Reunion in London

Prince Harry is expected to meet King Charles for the second time since the monarch's cancer diagnosis. The Duke of Sussex will be at St Paul’s Cathedral for an Invictus Games ceremony while the King is expected to attend a Buckingham Palace garden party, both events happening just two miles apart in London.

Details of the Reunion

King Charles, 75, has been cleared to resume public duties as he undergoes treatment for cancer. The potential meeting is seen as a step towards reconciliation between Harry and his father, following the King's recent health scare.

A Family Affair

Prince William is unlikely to join the reunion, as he has not spoken to Harry since Queen Elizabeth's funeral. Meghan is also not expected to be present at the cathedral event. The Sussexes have been invited to Nigeria later this month for talks about the Invictus Games.

Previous Reunions

In February, Harry made a quick trip to London upon learning of his father's illness. The two had a brief meeting at Clarence House before Harry flew back to the US the next day. This upcoming reunion is anticipated to have a "reunifying" effect on the family.
