Prince Harry said funeral was ‘as Philip wanted’ as he spoke to brother William, lip reader claims

PRINCES Harry and William were reunited at their grandfather’s funeral with the brothers seen to be sharing some words after the emotional service at  St George’s Chapel.

Prince Philip‘s funeral marked the first time Prince Harry and Prince William have been seen together since the Commonwealth Service last year.

As they removed their black facemasks, lip readers claim that Harry told his brother that the funeral service “was as he wanted”, according to Express, referring to the late Duke of Edinburgh.

It’s claimed the Duke of Cambridge, 38, said in response, “yes, it was great, wasn’t it” as they walked behind Prince Philip’s coffin before the service at Windsor Castle.

The reunion could mark the end of the family feud which reportedly began when Harry and his wife Meghan decided to step down as working royals for a life in the US.

Harry reportedly made contact with Charles, William, Beatrice and Eugenie upon returning to the UK for the first time n over a year as he wanted to “park any disputes” before the funeral for Philip, who passed away last Friday aged 99.

He came face-to-face with his family for the first time today since quitting as a senior royal last year – and since his explosive chat with Oprah Winfrey.

Meghan, 39, who is heavily pregnant, made “every effort” to travel from the US with her husband but didn’t receive medical clearance from her physician, a Buckingham Palace spokesman confirmed last week.

During the procession, Harry walked feet away from William, with Peter Phillips between them, and they sat on opposite sides of chapel but facing each other.

Following the chapel service, the estranged brothers were briefly caught walking together before speaking to the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Following this, interrupters told Express that William had allegedly said, “absolutely beautiful service, ah, the music.”
