PRINCE Harry has slammed what he calls Royal hierarchy in a new Netflix trailer, as a tearful Meghan says “they’re never going to protect you”.
The Duke of Sussex was speaking over his and Meghan Markle‘s second Netflix trailer, which has today been posted to Twitter.
A second trailer for Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary has been released today
In the clip, Meghan can be seen wiping away tears.
Much like the first clip it showed snippets of the couple’s life, with them and others speaking over the videos and photos.
The Netflix caption read: “Harry & Meghan. A Netflix Global Event.
“Volume I: December 8. Volume II: December 15.”
It comes just days after the streaming giant released a 59-second glimpse into what the docuseries will include.
The documentary’s bio has also today been updated to say: “In an unprecedented and in-depth documentary series, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share the other side of their high-profile love story.
“Across six episodes, the series explores the clandestine days of their early courtship and the challenges that led to them feeling forced to step back from their full-time roles in the institution.
“With commentary from friends and family, most of whom have never spoken publicly before about what they witnessed, and historians who discuss the state of the British Commonwealth today and the royal family’s relationship with the press, the series does more than illuminate one couple’s love story, it paints a picture of our world and how we treat each other.
“From the critically-acclaimed, two-time Academy Award-nominated and Emmy-winning director Liz Garbus, Harry & Meghan is a never-before-seen look at one of the most-discussed couples in history.”
Meanwhile, the first trailer revealed never before seen photos and videos of the pair – including Meghan crying, and she and Harry dancing.
It also seemed to offer a sneak peek inside Frogmore Cottage – which the couple called home before Megxit.
However, The Celeb Report exclusively revealed yesterday that one of the photos included in the trailer – of them apparently being hounded by the press – was from a Harry Potter premiere years before they met.
The documentary, which is said to be six episodes in length, is said to be hitting screens this Thursday.
It has already been slammed by Piers Morgan as “repulsive”, who also branded the trailer “hypocritical”.
