PRINCE Harry has been told King Charles is “too busy” to see him while he’s in the UK for a privacy hearing, it’s been reported.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, jetted in from California to attend a four-day preliminary hearing at the High Court in London.

He waved to the public this morning as he walked up the court steps flanked by security.
It is the first time the Prince is back on home soil since the Queen‘s funeral last September.
Despite his six-month absence, it’s understood a trip to see the King and brother William will not be on the cards.
A royal source has claimed the King is “too busy” to meet up with his son following his hectic schedule, reports the Mirror.
Charles was due to be in France yesterday for his first official state visit of his reign – but it was postponed due to riots.
However, he is at High Grove in Gloucestershire today before flying to Germany tomorrow.
Harry’s brief visit is expected to end when the hearing finishes on Thursday so it’s possible to pair could just miss each other.
Royal author Richard Fitzwilliams said the appearance from Harry was a complete shock given his father’s planned duties.
He told the Express: “The problem with this appearance is that it is a surprise appearance and the Sussexes do like to surprise.
“They’re always unpredictable and nobody expected this.
“Clearly this was not planned because Charles would have been in France and he’s going to Germany on Wednesday.”
Buckingham Palace said Charles was not in Windsor or London yesterday to welcome Harry.
Meanwhile Harry’s brother, William, is away with his family including Princess Kate for the Easter break.
Harry continues to battle publisher Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) today over allegations of unlawful information gathering.
ANL, the publisher of the Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and MailOnline, strongly denies the allegations.
The Duke is also taking legal action against the Home Office over security arrangements when he is in the country.
It is not known whether Meghan and kids Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, have made the journey.
And the couple are yet to decide whether they will attend the coronation in May.
