PRINCE Harry has warned he has enough material for a second book with even more dirt on Charles and William.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, made the threatening revelation in his fifth interview to promote his memoir Spare and also claimed he wanted to “save the monarchy”.
Prince Harry says he has enough stories about William and Charles for a second book
His bombshell memoir Spare was published
Harry said he was holding onto “some things that have happened” between him and his father and brother that “I just don’t want the world to know”, saying his family would never forgive him.
In one extraordinary claim, he said he wanted to reform the monarchy for the sake of William’s children – but has been warned off by his older brother.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph he claimed he cut his memoir in half to “spare” his family – in what is seen as a veiled threat.
Harry told the broadsheet most of the detail edited out with his ghostwriter told yet more stories about King Charles and Prince William.
The California-based Duke already wrote about being knocked down by his elder sibling in his kitchen and revealed private conversations with his father after the death of the Queen and Prince Philip.
But speaking to journalist pal Bryony Gordon, Harry said: “The first draft was different. It was 800 pages, and now it’s down to 400 pages.
“It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out.
He added: “There are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know. Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me.”
During his newspaper interview which took place in California he claimed he felt “responsibility” to reform the monarchy for the sake of Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and four-year-old Prince Louis.
He said: “I know that out of those three children, at least one will end up like me, the spare. And that hurts, it worries me.”
But William, 40, has warned him off from trying to get involved, Harry told the Daily Telegraph.
Harry said: “He (William) has made it very clear to me that his kids are not my responsibility.”
Extraordinarily he added: “This is not about trying to collapse the monarchy – this is about trying to save them from themselves.”
Going further, he said he wanted his brother and father back in his life but said Meghan is owed an apology from the Royal Family.
Addressing the Royal Family directly, he said: “Because you know what you did, and I now know why you did it. And you’ve been caught out, so just come clean and then we could all move on.”
In the same interview, he also suggested his relationship with William may have been better if they had taken psychedelic drugs together.
He claimed after taking the mind-bending drug ayahuasca he finally accepted that his mother Princess Diana was gone and that she wanted him to be happy.
Harry said: “And now, as two brothers, if one of you goes through that experience and the other one doesn’t, it naturally creates a further divide between you.
“Which is really sad.
“But as much as William was the first person to even suggest therapy, I just wish that he would be able to feel the same benefits of that as opposed to believing what he doesn’t need to.”
Buckingham Palace declined to comment.
