Princess Diana Named 'Most Attractive Royal' According to 'Golden Ratio' Theory

Scientific research into the "perfect face" has determined that Princess Diana is the "most attractive" royal of all time. The study, which used the ancient Greek system known as the "golden ratio" to measure physical perfection, found that Diana came the closest to scoring 100 percent based on this system. Developed by Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon, Dr Julian De Silva, the computerized facial mapping measured the size and position of various facial features to calculate the perfect face shape. Diana's features most closely matched the ideal ratio.

Meghan Markle Outshines Kate Middleton

In addition to Princess Diana, the research also found that Meghan Markle narrowly outshines Kate Middleton when it comes to attractiveness. Markle received a Golden Ratio rating of 87.4 percent, while Middleton scored 86.82 percent.

Queen Rania of Jordan Tops List of Most Beautiful Living Royals

Queen Rania of Jordan, aged 53, was found to be the most beautiful living royal with a rating of 88.9 percent. Former Hollywood star Grace Kelly, who became Princess of Monaco by marrying Prince Rainier, took the third spot with a score of 88.8 percent.

How the Research Was Conducted

The study measured the eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw, and facial shape of the royals to determine who came closest to the Greeks' idea of physical perfection. Dr De Silva, who conducted the research, praised Diana's overall face shape and highlighted Markle's perfect nose and V-shaped chin. He also noted Middleton's perfect gap between her nose and lips and her strong eye spacing.

The Golden Ratio Technique

Dr De Silva used the "Golden Ratio" technique on various celebrities and determined that Bella Hadid was the "most beautiful woman in the world" with a score of 94.35 percent. Jodie Comer took the top spot for the most beautiful face in the world.

While the study focused on physical attractiveness, it's important to remember that beauty is subjective and goes beyond external appearances.
