THE Queen will NOT attend one of her favourite sporting events in Scotland tomorrow, it is understood.
Her Majesty, 96, will miss the Braemar Highland Games on Saturday, with Prince Charles swooping in to replace her at the last minute.

It is understood the decision has been taken for the comfort of the head of state, who has been suffering from mobility problems since last year.
Earlier this week Buckingham Palace confirmed Her Majesty would not travel back to London to appoint the next PM – instead staying in Scotland in a historic first.
Either Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak will make the 1,000-mile round trip on September 6, along with Boris Johnson, to save the monarch a long journey.
The Queen arrived in Scotland last month for her ten-week summer break.
She last attended the Braemar Games, of which she is patron, in 2019, joining 15,000 cheering spectators for the annual gathering.
The Highland games is always held on the first Saturday in September at The Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park.
Events include tossing the caber, hammer throwing and tug of war – with pipe bands and Highland dancers also performing at the gathering.
It is organised by the Braemar Royal Highland Society and has been running since 1832.
Queen Victoria was the first royal to attend in 1848 and since then the reigning monarch and other members of the Royal Family have regularly visited it.
