SKY BET are offering punters 6/5 odds for Baaeed to win tomorrow’s Royal Ascot opener in a quicker time than Frankel!
The royal meeting kicks off with the Queen Anne Stakes at 2.30 and champion miler Baaeed – unbeaten in seven career starts – will likely set the festival alight.

The performances of William Haggas’ unbeaten four-year-old have earned comparisons to Frankel – the greatest flat horse of all time.
And Sky Bet are offering a price boost of 6/5 for Baaeed – priced in the market at 1/5 – to outrun the great champ in the same race he won 10 years ago.

Among Frankel’s greatest wins in his 14-race unbeaten career was this very race back in 2012 – which he won in a remarkable 1m 37.85s.
He went off as short as 1/10 for the race which had a strong field including Strong Suit and Excelebration.
Jockey Tom Queally held on to Frankel going inside the final two furlongs when Excelebration tried to go with him.
But once the rider said go on Frankel, he burst clear to win in stunning fashion by 11 lengths.

It’s widely regarded as his greatest win of the 14 races he conquered – with many believing it to be the greatest win of all time.
But Baaeed’s reputation has soared so much that he is expected to run that time close.
He came back fresh with his first race since October in the Lockinge last month and beat Real World by over 3 lengths.
Trainer Haggas has tried to play down the Frankel comparisons however, saying: “Only the media are doing the Frankel comparison.
“Frankel was an outstanding horse and was brilliantly trained because he was difficult. This horse is not difficult.
“Frankel was extremely strong and powerful, whereas this horse is much easier. Whether he’s as good we’ll have to see, but that’s up to you lot to decide, not me.”
