The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, has shared that her skin cancer has ceased spreading after undergoing surgery. The 64-year-old royal had an operation to examine a malignant mole and her lymph nodes after being diagnosed last month.

Friends close to Sarah have expressed that the results were the "best possible outcome she could have hoped for." A year of scares
This marks the second health scare for Sarah in a year, as she battled breast cancer last summer. Following the diagnosis, she underwent a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
