Therapy stopped me from hitting William during fight, reveals Prince Harry

PRINCE Harry says he would “100 per cent” have fought back during his fight with William – had he not been going through therapy.

He says Wills ripped his necklace and sent him crashing into a dog bowl at his Nottingham Cottage home in 2019.

The Duke of Sussex says he saw “the red mist” in the Prince of Wales, who he alleges branded Meghan “rude” and “abrasive” before the clash.

Harry, 38, says he was left with cuts to his back after the dog bowl smashed when he hit it.

He says he waited in the kitchen for two minutes before William, who went to the living room, returned looking “regretful” and apologised.

Harry told ITV’s Tom Bradby last night: “Me and William, like I guess a lot of siblings, or maybe not, William and I used to fight all the time.

“Now the difference to that was we were kids, we used to shoot each other with BB guns, we used to have firework fights, all of this stuff that I talk about in the book.

“What was different here was this level of frustration and, you know, I talk about the red mist that I had for so many years, and I saw this red mist in him.

“And I can pretty much guarantee today that if I wasn’t doing therapy sessions like I was and being able to process that anger and frustration that I would’ve fought back, 100 per cent.”
